Four suspects were arrested following a tip-off from a private informant regarding an abduction and assault that took place in the Mattakkuliya area yesterday, Police said in a statement.
The suspects, aged 24, 26, 27, and 32, are residents of Pudukkudiyiruppu, Kotahena, Ichchilampattu, and Thoppur, police reported.
