The Sri Lankan Embassy in Lebanon has also issued a list of telephone numbers for Sri Lankans to contact during an emergency.

The warning comes as Lebanon has found itself entangled in the latest flare-up between Israel and Iran, as its skies are being used for Iranian missiles and drones, and Israeli interceptor rockets.

International media reports that Lebanon’s skies have become a corridor for conflict in the intensifying Israeli-Iranian standoff, sparking growing fears among Lebanese officials and analysts who warn the country is losing control over its airspace. (Newswire)
