Ford Recalls Over 850,000 Vehicles in U.S

Ford Motor Co. is recalling over 850,000 vehicles in the U.S. due to a potential fuel pump issue that could lead to engine stalling, the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced Thursday.

According to NHTSA, a faulty low-pressure fuel pump may reduce the flow of fuel from the tank to the engine, increasing the risk of an engine stall and potential crash.

The recall includes specific models such as the Lincoln Aviator, F-150 pickup trucks, and Mustang vehicles. NHTSA estimates that about 10% of the recalled vehicles may actually contain the defect.
