The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) states that there will be a 12-hour water cut in several areas.
Accordingly, on Sunday (August 11), from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, water supply will be suspended in Peliyagoda, Wattala, Ja-Ela, Katunayake, Seeduwa Urban Council areas, and in parts of Kelaniya, Wattala, Biyagama, Maharagama, Dompe, Katana, Minuwangoda and Gampaha pradeshiya sabha areas.
The NWSDB said that the power supply to the Biyagama Water Treatment Plant will be suspended due to essential maintenance work by the Electricity Board. (NewsWire)
