Sri Lankan Officer Commissioned in Royal Military Academy Sandhurst

Sri Lankan Officer Cadet Mohammed Aneek has been officially commissioned as an officer following his successful completion of the rigorous 44-week training programme at the prestigious Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the United Kingdom. 

According to the High Commission of Sri Lanka in London, the Commissioning Ceremony took place during the Sovereign’s Parade on August 09, a revered Sandhurst tradition marking the culmination of intense training for officer cadets.

High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to the United Kingdom Rohitha Bogollagama was in attendance to personally congratulate Officer Cadet Aneek on this momentous achievement.

This Sovereign’s Parade saw the Commissioning of 209 officer cadets from various countries, all of whom have undergone one of the most challenging military training programmes in the world.
