The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Aug 16) compared to Thursday.
According to Seylan Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar is unchanged at Rs. 293.75, while the selling rate is also unchanged at Rs. 302.75, respectively.
At NDB bank, the buying rate and the selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 295.30 to Rs. 294.90 and from Rs. 303.30 to Rs. 302.90, respectively.
According to Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have dropped from Rs. 293.26 to Rs. 292.97 and from Rs. 303.78 to Rs. 303.48, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 293.46 to Rs. 292.97 and from Rs. 303.25 to Rs. 302.75, respectively.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have dropped from Rs. 294.50 to Rs. 294.25 and from Rs. 303.50 to Rs. 303.25, respectively. (Newswire)
