Sri Lanka’s national shooting team made a remarkable impact at the recently concluded Australasia Handgun and PCC Championship 2024, held in Bali, Indonesia. The team demonstrated exceptional skill and determination, bringing home both Silver and Bronze medals.
Representing Sri Lanka were: Janaka Ritigahapola, Menaka Liyanage, Ijaz Meezan, Dalles Martenstyn, US Rodrigo, Denzil Kao, Imran Meezan, Rael Liyanage, Iszhaq Meezan, Reinya Ranasinghe, Daniel Kao, Kael Liyange, Sandil Kottegoda, and Team Captain Lakshan Mallawaraachchi.
The Super Junior Team delivered an outstanding performance, securing the Silver medal in the PCC Super Junior category. The team was composed of Kael Liyanage and Daniel Kao.
Meanwhile, the Overall Team Bronze medal in the PCC category went to the Sri Lanka team members, consisting of Janaka Ritigahapola, Ijaz Meezan, Menaka Liyanage, and Imran Meezan.
