Government employees who were unable to cast their postal vote in the 2024 Presidential Election will be allowed to cast their vote today (11) and tomorrow (12), the National Election Commission said.
If postal votes are not cast within these two days, there will be no further opportunities for state sector employees to cast their votes, the Election Commission said.
Postal voters were urged to visit the district election office or the Divisional Secretariat where their workplace is located to cast their votes, as they will not be allowed to cast their votes on the day of the Presidential election, on September 21, the Commission said. (Newswire)
