A murder investigation has been launched by the Mount Lavinia Police following a fatal stabbing incident in the Borupana area in Ratmalana.
The incident occurred on the morning of September 11 during a family dispute where a husband attacked his wife and son with a sharp weapon. The 26-year-old victim, a resident of Borupana, Ratmalana, succumbed to his injuries. The injured woman has been admitted to Kalubowila Hospital for treatment.
