The victim of the shooting reported in Badowita, Mount Lavinia, last evening has succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment at Kalubowila Hospital, Police said.
The 31-year-old man was shot by two gunmen on a motorbike last evening in front of his residence.
The gunmen fled the scene, Police said, and the suspects are yet to be arrested. The motive for the murder is still to be ascertained, according to Police. Dehiwala Police are conducting further investigations. (Newswire)
