The National People’s Power has issued a statement reacting to the announcement of Police Curfew in Sri Lanka.
In the statement the NPP said that it believes the Election Commission and Police will ensure that the process of counting votes will be conducted accurately.
The party said that it believes the curfew was imposed solely for the purpose of maintaining public order at the time of declaring election results.
