CCTV footage has captured the moment two unidentified gunmen shot a 19-year-old youth on Beach Road, Mount Lavinia, this morning, police said.
The assailants, who arrived on a motorcycle, opened fire at the youth before fleeing the scene. The victim was rushed to hospital but later died from his injuries.
Mount Lavinia Police have launched an investigation into the incident. (Newswire)
