A Sri Lankan man was arrested at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) while in possession of over 10 kilograms of the narcotic known as “ice,” Sri Lanka Customs said.
The 35-year-old suspect, a resident of Dematagoda, had arrived from Malaysia when he was detained by customs officials. The seized drugs have an estimated street value of Rs. 250 million. Further investigations are underway. (NewsWire)
