Approximately 25 to 30 ships have departed the country due to delays in container clearance, according to Deputy Minister of Ports and Civil Aviation Janith Ruwan Kodithuwakku.
Kodithuwakku made the statement on Jan. 15 during an inspection visit to the Orugodawatta RCT yard.
