The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Aug 20) compared to last week.
According to Seylan Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 293.75 to Rs. 293.25, while the selling rate has dropped from Rs. 302.75 to Rs. 302.25, respectively.
At NDB bank, the buying rate and the selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 294.90 to Rs. 295.10 and from Rs. 302.90 to Rs. 303.10, respectively.
According to Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 292.97 to Rs. 293.65 and from Rs. 303.48 to Rs. 304.19, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 292.97 to Rs. 293.21 and from Rs. 302.75 to Rs. 303, respectively.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 294.25 to Rs. 294.50 and from Rs. 303.25 to Rs. 303.50, respectively. (Newswire)
