The Sri Lankan Rupee remains steady against the US Dollar in commercial banks today (Oct 16), compared to Tuesday.
At Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 289.25 to Rs. 289.85 and from Rs. 296.75 to Rs. 297.35, respectively.
According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 289.85 to Rs. 289.25 and the selling rate from Rs. 297.85 to Rs. 297.25.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 287.76 to Rs. 287.50, while the selling rate has also reduced from Rs. 297.50 to Rs. 297.25.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying rate is unchanged at Rs. 289 and the selling rate at Rs. 298. (Newswire)
