The Sri Lankan Rupee remains steady against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Aug 01) compared to Wednesday.
According to Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 296.50 and Rs. 306, respectively.
At NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 295.60 to Rs. 295.50 and the selling rate from Rs. 306.60 to Rs. 306.50.
According to Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 297.14 to Rs. 296.89 and from Rs. 307.80 to Rs. 307.54, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 296.67 to Rs. 296.69, while the selling rate is unchanged at Rs. 306.50.
At Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 298 and Rs. 307, respectively. (Newswire)
