Dollar rates in Sri Lanka today

The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against the US Dollar in commercial banks today (Jan 21) compared to Monday.

At Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 292.25 to Rs. 292.60 and from Rs. 300.25 to Rs. 300.60, respectively.

According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 292.75 to Rs. 293.50 and the selling rate from Rs. 302.75 to Rs. 303.50.

Peoples Bank reports the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increases from Rs. 291.49 to Rs. 291.74 and from Rs. 301.95 to Rs. 302.21, respectively.

At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 290.94 to Rs. 291. 47 and the selling rate from Rs. 300.50 to Rs. 301.

According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 292.50 to Rs. 293 and from Rs. 300.50 to Rs. 301, respectively. (Newswire)
