A 21-year-old Thai national has been arrested at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) with over 7 kilograms of Kush cannabis.
The suspect was apprehended early this morning (May 19) by officers of the Airport Unit of the Police Narcotics Bureau, based on received intelligence. The suspect had arrived in Sri Lanka from Bangkok and was found in possession of 7.910 kg of Kush during a search at the arrival terminal. (Newswire)
