Japanese Book Collection Reopens at Colombo Public Library

The Colombo Public Library has officially reopened its Japanese book collection, further cementing the strong cultural and literary ties between Sri Lanka and Japan.

The reopening ceremony was held on June 30, 2025, and was graced by several distinguished guests, including the Ambassador of Japan to Sri Lanka, Mr. Akio Isomata and Colombo Mayor Vraie Cally Balthazaar.
