Cabinet approval has been granted to maintain the Mahinda Rajapaksa National Tele Cinema Park under a public-private partnership.
A decision was taken at a Cabinet meeting in May 2023 to obtain the recommendations of the National Agency for Public-Private Partnership to manage the Mahinda Rajapaksa National Tele Cinema Park under a public-private partnership.
Accordingly, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the proposal presented by the President to identify a suitable investor to manage the Mahinda Rajapaksa National Tele Cinema Park under the public-private partnership.
It has also been proposed to enter into a lease agreement for a period of 30 years with the selected investor. (Newswire)
