Three Chinese nationals have been apprehended in Galle on suspicion of being involved in online financial scams in Sri Lanka.
The Police said the three Chinese men were arrested while staying at a hotel in the Gintota area in Galle yesterday.
The arrested Chinese nationals are aged between 33 and 38 years.
The Police seized five mobile phones, a passport without an owner, and four bank cards during the arrest.
The Galle Police is conducting investigations into the incident. (Newswire)
