The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) says 50,009 electricity breakdowns have been reported across the country during the 24-hour period ending at 8:00 PM today.
CEB teams have restored power in 14,031 of the reported cases and are continuing operations to restore the remaining areas, according to the CEB spokesman.
Consumers can now lodge breakdown complaints using the CEBCare App, Web Portal, Web Self-Service, or by sending an SMS to 1987. (Newswire)
