President Ranil Wickremesinghe currently visiting Jaffna met with several religious leaders of the area, and took part in religious observances, the President’s Media Division (PMD) said.
President Wickremesinghe, meeting with the Chief Incumbent of Sri Naga Viharaya Ven. Meegahajandure Sirivimala Nayaka Thero, engaged in a cordial conversation, the PMD said.
Meanwhile, President Ranil Wickremesinghe met with Ashramadipati Sri Somasundaram of Nallai Adeena to receive his blessings.
The President also held a brief discussion with Bishop Rev. Father Justin Gnanapragasam, during a visit to the official residence of the Bishop of Jaffna.
