Severe weather conditions struck Colombo again this afternoon, with strong winds and heavy rainfall causing significant disruptions across the city.
Multiple areas, including Borella, Grandpass, Bambalapitiya, Dematagoda, Maradana, Jawatta, and Wellawatte, reported fallen trees blocking roads and damaging property.
Police said five people were injured and admitted to Colombo National Hospital after trees fell on them.
