Three suspects, including a serving soldier with the Sri Lanka Army, have been arrested in connection with the shooting deaths of two individuals in Mannar, police said.
According to the Police Media Spokesperson, the arrests followed an investigation into the incident. Details regarding the motive for the attack or the identities of the suspects have not yet been disclosed.
