Yoshitha Rajapaksa, son of former Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa, was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) earlier today. He was subsequently produced before the Colombo Additional Magistrate.
Following the court proceedings, Yoshitha was ordered to be remanded until January 27.
